Nythop

Fighter #33: Nythop...in the Ultimate Showdown...(hopefully, as I had technical difficulties, and may not have gotten this uploaded in time)...

About Nythop:
Don't be fooled by the cute and chubby appearance of this little guy. He may look innocent enough, but when thrown into a dangerous situation instincts of survival take over. While in a calm state, he is fairly harmless, when angered or threatened this little cutie can defend himself with the best of them.

The body: Somewhat serpent-like, his arms serve more as fins in the water and are dangerous in a way that is hidden just by visual inspection. His favorite method of defeating an opponent (or killing his prey) in close combat is by wrapping his body around it at lightning speed and squeezing the life right out of it.

The tail: That spike on the end of Nythop's tail isn't just for show. He can shoot it off at his enemy and each time it is used, it is instantly replaced. The "dart" is coated and filled with a deadly neurotoxin that can kill his victim in a matter of minutes.

The mouth: Though only two little fangs are shown here, the truth is Nythop's mouth may be the most deadly of all. If he hasn't crushed you to death or you haven't met your end with a dose of his deadly neurotoxin, then his mouth will finish the job. He'll swallow you whole, his mouth widening and his jaw dislocating just to make room. As he eats the rows of hidden, razor sharp teeth begin to emerge all around his mouth and a third of the way down his throat, helping to slice his meal as he swallows it down, aiding in digestion.

Nythop is immune to his own (and most other) neurotoxins. His skin is thick and tough, covered in armor-like scales. He is amphibious and is extremely fast on land and in the water.
