I kind of waited until the last minute to work on this, but I think it turned out well.

Anyway, when I saw the image, I had this idea that it might be fun to paint this one with coffee. Coffee is something that I've wanted to try painting with for a little while now, so this was a great opportunity.

Size: paper is 10"x10" art is around 9"x9" with rough edges intentional.
Medium: instant coffee, and a tad bit of white tempera

_{Hands are hard, but flowers with lots of petals out of focus are even harder...}

This is such a cool idea! I love painting with coffee, but I've only used it for textures so far. It turned out great! I really like the old look to it.

Coffee is new to me as a real painting medium and it is fun! While I've used it to age paper for other things, this was really the first time for me using it as the main medium and I'm really happy with how it turned out and glad that other people seem to like it as well!
